1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using moibabyfoods.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Our Products

Moi Baby Foods LLC offers organic, preservative-free frozen baby soups delivered on a subscription basis to the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metro area. Our products are intended for infants and toddlers as indicated on each product's recommended age guidelines.

Vegetable Soup — recommended for babies 6 months and older
Chicken & Vegetables — recommended for babies 9 months and older
Beef & Vegetables — recommended for babies 10 months and older

Always consult your pediatrician before introducing new foods to your baby.

3. Subscription Plans

Moi Baby Foods operates on a weekly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan
Billing occurs automatically and silently — no action is required from you each cycle
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@moibabyfoods.com
Cancellations must be requested before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following week

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 7 days in advance.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metro area only. Delivery schedules and available zones are subject to change. We will notify subscribers of any changes to delivery arrangements in advance.

6. Food Safety & Storage

Our soups are delivered frozen and must be stored in the freezer upon receipt. Moi Baby Foods is not responsible for any spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery. Always follow safe food handling practices when preparing our products for your baby.

7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our products are prepared in a commercial kitchen that may handle common allergens. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please review the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing. If your baby has known food allergies, consult your pediatrician before use.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@moibabyfoods.com
Refund requests for orders already processed and dispatched will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
If a product arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right

9. Intellectual Property

All content on moibabyfoods.com — including the Moi name, logo, product images, and written content — is the property of Moi Baby Foods LLC and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Moi Baby Foods LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
