Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

Moi Baby Foods currently delivers to the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metro area only. We do not ship nationally or internationally at this time. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us at hello@moibabyfoods.com before placing your order.

2. Delivery Schedule

We deliver on a weekly basis. Your specific delivery day will be confirmed at the time of your subscription setup. We will notify you in advance of any changes to your delivery schedule.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Fees are subject to change and existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

4. Order Cutoff

Orders and subscription changes must be submitted before the weekly cutoff deadline to be included in that week's delivery. Orders received after the cutoff will be processed for the following week. Your specific cutoff deadline will be communicated at the time of subscription.

5. Delivery Conditions

Our soups are delivered frozen in insulated packaging to maintain product quality and food safety. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe, shaded drop-off location is available. Moi Baby Foods is not responsible for product quality if the delivery is left unattended for an extended period in conditions that may compromise the frozen state of the product.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or inaccessibility of the delivery location, we cannot guarantee a redelivery for that week. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and up to date in your account.

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule your delivery promptly.

8. Packaging

We are committed to using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. Our insulated liners and containers are designed to keep your soups frozen during transit. Please follow local recycling guidelines when disposing of packaging materials.

9. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@moibabyfoods.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. We cannot guarantee address changes requested after that window will be applied to the current week's delivery.
