1. Our Commitment
At Moi Baby Foods LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every soup is made with certified organic ingredients, no added salt, and no preservatives. If you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

Your order arrived damaged or compromised

Your order arrived in a thawed or unsafe condition due to a packaging failure on our part

You received the wrong products

Your order was not delivered and no satisfactory resolution was reached
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

The customer provided an incorrect delivery address

The product was left unattended for an extended period after delivery and thawed as a result

The customer changed their mind after the order was dispatched

Dissatisfaction based on taste preference — we encourage customers to try our Starter Pack before committing to a full subscription
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@moibabyfoods.com with the following information:

Your full name and order details

A description of the issue

A photo of the product clearly showing the problem
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued using one of the following methods, at our discretion:

Full or partial refund to your original payment method

Credit toward a future order

Replacement delivery on your next scheduled delivery date
6. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for orders already processed. If you cancel before your billing cycle renews, you will not be charged for the following week. If you cancel after billing has occurred, that week's order will still be delivered and no refund will be issued for that cycle.
7. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
