Due to the perishable nature of our products, Moi Baby Foods does not accept returns.

All sales are final once the order has been delivered.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction.

If you receive a damaged, incorret, or compromissed order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivered at hello@moibabyfoods.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion in the following cases:

- Product arrived damaged

- Incorrect order was delivered

- Product quality was compromised

Subscription cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Moi Baby Foods offers local home delivey only. We do not ship by mail or courier services.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas.

Delivery Day: Weekly delivery

Delivery Fee: A delivery fee applies to all orders. The fee will be calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delivery Time: You will receive a notification with your estimated delivery window on Monday morning.

Order Cutoff: New subscriptions and changes must be made by Sunday midnight to be included in that week's delivery.

How It Works: Your soups are made fresh every week flash frozen to preserve nutrients, and delivered to your door in an insulated bag to maintain the cold chain.

Storage Instructions: Keep soups frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
